We're still alive (and happy to be!)

Sorry once again...posts have been few and far between, I know. But the crunch is on to get the garage done before the snow flies, and we're finally making some progress. A HUGE thank you to all the guys (Dad, Keith, Uncle John, Uncle Glen & Ryan, and Heinrich) who came out on saturday (and rather early in the morning:) to help with the cement. We were waiting for a few weeks already for a guy to do it for us, but eventually we couldn't wait anymore so we did it. Dad and I started working on the walls this week, and we've got the two end walls done. The remaining side wall should be pretty easy...no windows or doors or anything. The fun part will be figuring out how to do the rafter next to the house.

On another note, married life is definitely the best thing ever. I have to hold myself back sometimes...I have these stronge urges to grab everyone I see by the shoulders and tell them how much fun it is to be married...might get me some strange looks though, so I resist. Yup, definitely good stuff.

Ok, gotta go. Was outside working on the garage by 8:00 this morning, and then I was at work until 9 this evening, and I'm feeling a little wern out. So long for now,

Wern
