Just so you don't think...

...that all I ever post is negative stuff, here's something real positive, and an answer to prayer for sure.

Sometime in March, Liane started getting nasty hives. At first they came in the morning, and were gone after a few hours. Then it got to the point where her whole face and throat began to swell up. Picture lips like a duck. REAL big lips. And problems breathing. Enter the hero, Reactine. Well, she never had allergies previously, so after a few months with no changes, she had an appoinment with an allergist in Winnipeg. Turned out she really isn't allergic to anything. So we tried going off the Reactine every now and then, but within a day, the hives and swelling would return. Thankfully, the miracle of pregnancy seemed to take care of it! She's been off of the Reactine for four days now, and still no hives! Yesss!!!

And she is also feeling a little better as far as the morning sickness (which for her was lasting 24 hours) goes, thanks to some drugs from her doctor.

So thank you so much for your prayers, and keep on praying! (Her blood sugar is still not quite as stable as we would maybe like, which in turn leads to worrying, which in turn leads to worse blood sugar :)
